Marketing planning and
strategy
My book is about marketing. It is a book with
different subjects and a lot of information. There are a lot of examples about
different companies. There are a lot of figures forms. Every term had a long
explanation, so the book is a little bit boring. On the other site the book can
help you to understand al the figures and gives you al lot of information. I
learn a lot from this book.
The most important paragraphs of my book are about the
figures from marketing people. The most important figures for me are SWOT and
the value disciplines from Tracy and Wiersema. The other information is about
the market. Every company need one of the value disciplines from Tracy and
Wiersema. You choice one of the disciplines for your strategic. You need to be
excellent in that point.
It is about the next points:

Operational excellent: lowest total
cost
2.
Customer intimacy: best total
solution
3.
Product leadership: best product
Than I choose the SWOT -model. It works very easy, and
you can use it for your company. It gives you a image about your company. The
four terms are:

Strengths – intern

Weaknesses- intern
3.
Opportunities- extern
4.
Threats- extern
Information about the market:
There are a lot of different trend on the market.
1.
There is a lot of competition on the
market.
2.
Al the companies influencing the
client.
3.
The client is less involved.
4.
Without thinking you make a
decision. The seller makes the decision for you. He involved you.
5.
You can buy al the stuff when and
were you want. There are a lot of offer places.
They tell a lot more about this it is a whole list in
the book.
