Dangerous ideas

I´ve been reading a book called Dangerous ideas, written by Alf Rehn. The book is interesting as it kind of makes you question the "normal ways"  of doing business and also question the meaning of creativity. It makes you think about how you could do your activities differently than your competitors. In the book Alf points out that creativity is more like dangerous thinking rather than something comfortable and pleasant. You won´t do any major leaps as long as you do as all the others do, you may have to do some unexpected game changing changes in your business to make it work. I really recommend this book; it´s different, it makes you think outside the box and it´s quite entertaining at the same time.
