Customer validation through minimum viable product

Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is done to check if your product or service is any good at an early stage of the product before having developed it 100 % ready. The MVP allows us to collect a maximum amount of learning about customers with a reasonable effort. Our group had worked with the key customer groups we thought would work and the point was to make a MVP before going to the camp. After studying different tribes we decided to focus on trendy young adults. This customer group had according to our research and discussions most potential and that is why we decided to do MVP on them. Our questions where:
1. would you participate at an outlet event once a year at wiklund with quality products at a reduced price?
2. If sokos wiklund had tablets around the store providing information about products and the possibility to order the product right away, would you use it?

After everyone in our group had asked people if they liked these products we saw that almost all of us had got positive feedback. So our prototype was to arrange for example an outlet event which we got positive feedback on but never actually got to the phase of trying to do it due to the fact that events were crossed of the list by the coaches. However we learned that MVP is a fast and easy way to test your prototype before you launch it. It would be insanely stupid to do a 100 % ready product and not test it on anyone. The purpose of MVP is that you do it at an early stage and try the prototype, then maybe develop it and do a new MVP.
